Shipping

  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and will vary depending on the number and size of the plants ordered.

  • How long does shipping take?

Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Shipping times can vary depending on your location but typically take anywhere between 2-4 business days.

  • Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship plants in the contiguous United States.

  • What happens if my plant arrives damaged?

We guarantee all our plants will arrive alive and healthy, however, sometimes unexpected things happen. Should your plants arrive in poor condition, please email us pictures of the plants as well as the package they arrived in and we will replace the plants at no additional charge. Please note that during cold months, you will have to add a heat pack to all cold state orders. Orders that do not have heat packs added and get cold damage will not be issued a replacement or refund.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as ApplePay.

  • Is my payment information secure?

We use third party secure payment gateways to process all payments and keep your information safe.

  • What is your refund policy?

We prefer to replace any damaged or unhealthy plants, but in the event you would like to alternatively request a refund please include that request when you contact customer service about your order. Please note that during cold months, you will have to add a heat pack to all cold state orders. Orders that do not have heat packs added and get cold damage will not be issued a replacement or refund. Gift cards are non-refundable. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process.

  • Do you offer plant styling services?

Yes, we do offer plant styling services. The cost for the service is dependent on the size and scope of the project. If you would like to get a quote for plant styling services please fill out this form and one of our styling experts will contact you within 1-2 business days.
